Introduction
KMC Environmental (KMCE) is a Whatcom County-based environmental consultant with an emphasis on meeting our client’s goals without sacrificing quality or efficiency. I believe that one big advantage of being a sole proprietor is the ability to provide project continuity. Having one person being the main point of contact, project manager, and field personnel ensures all pieces of a project run smoothly with without gaps in knowledge or communication. We believe in proper planning, selecting the right tools and procedures for each project, maintaining relationships with quality subcontractors, and planning for the unexpected in order to facilitate our clients in making informed decisions.
About Kevin: Kevin has a B.S. in Environmental Science (concentration in Hydrology) from Humboldt State University and has over 10 years of experience as an environmental consultant based in Oregon and Washington. Kevin is an Environmental Professional per ASTM E1527-21, holds an OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification, a Washington Ecology UST Assessor license, is an AHERA certified asbestos assessor, and is a Washington Ecology Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL). He has completed hundreds of Phase I ESAs and additional environmental work in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Utah. He excels with communication, planning, and logistics, helping him to efficiently provide top-tier services.
